"optional" placeholder text in Mac uploader UI isn't localizable. #349

The word "optional" only appears in the nib; it should be in the
localizable strings file, and set via code.

The "optional comments" placeholder in the comments text field also doesn't 
appear to
be localizable (you need to turn FKA on to see it).  It appears only in the nib
(though I'm not sure exactly where to find it in the Xcode UI).
