privacyPolicyURL should be pulled from host app, not hard-coded in Mac reporter app's Localizable.strings #352

privacyPolicyURL is currently set in the Mac reporter app's
Localizable.strings file to a Google URL, so any non-Google clients of the
framework using the email collection feature will have to modify the
reporter's Localizable.strings file themselves to supply a correct
privacyPolicyURL.

privacyPolicyURL should really be pulled from the host app's Info.plist
instead, just like the BreakpadVendor string (used in the reporter's
explanatory text) currently is.
