Stock threshold max and min should not be allowed same number #3

steps to reproduce: set_threshold pr/Coca Cola Can 330ml min/10 max/10

expected: should not allow min and max to be the same as in actuality you cant decrease the stock as already at min, cos the supplier restocks to max as stated:

actual: allowed to be added Updated Product: Coca Cola Can 330ml Successfully set the specified stock levels!
