Support glossary of terms #267

With type set to "glossary" in front matter, level 3 headings followed by one or more paragraphs have the same appearance as a description list. Each term has an id so it can be used as a URL fragment.

We could also do this site-wide for every level 6 heading (we don't use this anywhere) instead of level 3 headings in pages of type "glossary". I have no preference.
