Title: Enhance Documentation: Add Multilingual READMEs and FAQ Section

Description: This pull request enhances the Hugo documentation by introducing multilingual README translations (Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese) and adding a comprehensive FAQ section. The following changes have been made to align with Hugo's contribution guidelines:

1. Translation of README:

   • Translated the existing README file into Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
   • Ensured translations are accurate and maintain the original meaning and tone.
   • Added links to the translated README files in the main README.
   • Files added: README_es.md, README_it.md, README_pt.md

2. Creation of FAQ Section:

   • Compiled a list of frequently asked questions from community forums and existing documentation.
   • Wrote clear and concise answers to each question.
   • Formatted the FAQ in a new FAQ.md file.
   • Added a link to the FAQ.md in the main README for easy access.

3. Documentation Updates:

   • Updated the main README.md to include links to the new FAQ section and translated READMEs.

By making these enhancements, Hugo becomes more accessible and user-friendly, especially for non-English speakers. The addition of multilingual translations and a detailed FAQ section will help more people understand and contribute to the project, broadening Hugo’s reach and fostering a more inclusive and diverse community.
