Provide a Portfolio Section #34

Create a Portfolio Page Bundle that references its own content and sample images.

After using the hugoBasicExample as the default content provider for all the various theme demos in the showcase providing a Portfolio section seems too much work with little benefit (if any).

If a theme author submits a portfolio theme that requires special content to function, then we can have it whitelisted.
