Incomplete documentation - localizing permalinks #2695

https://gohugo.io/content-management/multilingual/#localizing-permalinks describes how to define permalinks using a slug or URL. It tells nothing about how to build localized links in HTML, e.g. when localized slug is defined.

Can you provide more information, including an example? I don't understand this issue.
