Document uglyURLs per section #2735

This was introduced in v0.33 but wasn't documented: https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/pull/4262.

[uglyURLs]
books = true

The above enables uglyURLs for the books section only.

We removed this functionality in v0.112.0, and restored it with https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/pull/12927.
