Remove "Doks" - Theme isn't a Hugo theme (last compatible Hugo release has been squashed)

Doks is a Hugo theme with a special setup (not set up like most Hugo themes).

Doks works flawlessly with the latest and greatest Hugo — here's the (official) demo: doks.netlify.app
