Link to "Dark mode" tagged themes yields a 404 #466

Hello,

on the themes site, clicking the "Dark mode" link in the right-hand sidebar leads to https://themes.gohugo.io/tags/dark%20mode/ - which does not exist and therefore yields a 404 page.

Correct link is https://themes.gohugo.io/tags/dark-mode/.
