Per one of our prior discussions, given that we will be publishing all tooling like our eslint, prettier, biome configs etc to NPM registry there may be not as much of a need to split it into a new workspace folder and instead keep everything in packages
Per one of our prior discussions, we may need to constitute what "core" means to us a bit more otherwise it may just become a dumping ground. I believe it was mentioned that at the start it would be low level primitives like fp functions, mutation helpers, etc.
