And, I will look more into it tomorrow, but while I am fine with the script being root it "breaks" standard Turbo flow. In that things will have to depend on index generation that is outside of Turbo and will not be able to properly (per package) cache output.

Its pretty solid overall, but it is straight nerd level on the underlying structure of Category Theory. So we likely don't need all of it.

file generation script. Unlike on JERIC2O we don't have any weird folder/file implicit rules and or setups. This script usesswc
and will recursively try and generate properindex.ts
files that only include named and type exports. Additionally it runs against the entire project, we don't have to define a script per package.pnpm run indexer
