not sure where to find/ how to setup xsltproc on windows; please help

Just in case anyone else winds up here through searching, some instructions for installing xsltproc on Windows can be found in the documentation for PreTeXt. It is perhaps simpler to use xsltproc from within the Windows Subsystem for Linux. Brief instructions for the latter are also present in the PreTeXt documentation.
