Currently we are receiving any tweets: it needs a function to filter only bets. In the beginning, it just needs to append the message with a boolean regarding if it is one or no. The final implementation needs to come after real case testing.

first version is working. Some possible improvements:

display message.id to check no double ones.
improve bet filter to work with regex like stake [0-9].*u
