added loading spinner #42

added loading spinner to pages that display data. Attached is a quick video of it. It can be changed to any color or style that would be preferred design wise.

Looks fine, but I think that you and @MyStarrySpace (and me!) should get on the same page w/r/t editor configuration for auto-corrections. This PR has a ton of what looks like reformatting for the sake of reformatting by a machine. Ideally this is consistent regardless of who's editing files ❤️

oof you are correct that's just my prettier going off because I changed one little thing in the file and used it to autoFormat. We will definitely have a chat about it to avoid this in the future 🙏
