added a simple function to generation a placeholder SVG for icons #45

now portraits/symbols for people and projects have SVG placeholders. It's always the first letter of the project name or person name. This could be easily changed to whatever format be it first name last name first initials, colors could be simplified, font changed. Attached is a vid of the placeholders on both people and projects.
