Corbin Ellipsis menu modals and functionality #46

The Files to look at are ellipsisEditModal and projectModal, everything else is just minor CSS changes and preparing the hours input on the assignment form for wiring when the backend can accept it. below is a video of the edit modal in use. The other functions on the edit modal will be next such as edit an assignment, the other functions I will need clarification on the purpose of them, I am merely going off the figma sketch here.

I have added the rest of the functionality for the ellipsis menu aside from the single project view.
