In My StaffPlan, Add Project, nobody else assigned, my assignment doesnt show up when I go to the Project screen #72

@jsonin what exactly was the flow that allowed this to happen? I have just tested the following without being able to recreate the issue

create a new project via the project popup modal add person to that project via the person popup modal navigate to the individual project

create a new project via the project popup modal add person to that project from the individual project page add person button
