Report loading all the time #386

I tried to open the first link in the High Scores, but the report page is loading all the time.

make start locally and encounter the same issue.

It turns out https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/handlebars@4.7.7/dist/handlebars.min.js is blocked in China...
