[UI][Chat Window][Emotes] Option to change size (Or hide?) of all inline emotes in the chat window by percentage

This might be useful for lower resolution screens, or if we want to keep a small window.

User could set the scale % in the options (default would be %100 scale).
There could be a checkbox to display emotes or not
- If checkbox is unchecked, all emotes are replaced with the text value/emote tag instead? Ex: {emote1}
Ideally changes could be applied retroactively to the chat without having to reload

Steps to implement this have been taken, but an optimal solution has yet to be decided on.
