[UI][Server] Alert viewers of NSFW streams before accessing the stream #14

This would allow people to abandon the stream before the notification that they have accessed the stream is sent out, and wouldn't bother to load the video player / stream before the NSFW agreement has been met.

Is current behavior for the stream to load in the background, but not display?

Current behaviour is to load the stream and display a warning on top of it. Due to the nature of Flash in modern browsers this prevents Flash from loading until the warning is removed, but this may change when Flash is removed and the main issue is that there is no separation between accessing a stream and finding out it's NSFW.
