Creating a ticket for tracking in case issue is encountered in the future.

Here is the screenshot the user had taken

possible css cashing issue with users browser. Without further info from the original issue finder, it's hard to determine the cause.

Closing as external issue/wont fix for now. If a fix is discovered in the future, it may be applied, but for now, simply pressing F5/refreshing your browser will fix the issue.
