[UI][Notifications] Closing nyanpals chat tab/browser window should prompt a verification pop-up #25

I've lost track of how many times I accidentally closed the tab, or browser. Having something like a "Are you sure you want to leave this page?" pop-up would be nice.

accidentally leaving the page, and coming back and having no idea if people have said anything to you can be annoying
