As a user, I want to have more control over my notifications (when they appear, what they contain, etc.) #30

Some ideas to add:

user option to Automatically hide PM message details in notifications while screensharing
user option to hide PM message details in notifications at all times
user option to receive notifications when any new message is sent in the chat
user option to disable notifications without fully revoking permissions in the web browser options (useful for temp notification disabling?)

Will add more as I think of them
