Revision control on `/var/www` #36

Why there's only one first commit?

In fact, RCS should belong to each page in /var/www, not the whole thing.

There is no RCS being used on /var/www, IIRC.

Oh, I'm sorry. This must be the repo for /var/www/github-hook accidentally created in the wrong place. Deleting it now.
