Boot into the iso. From the ibus indicator, choose "Tùy thích"> "Kiểu gõ" > "Tùy thích". ibus-bogo-settings will show up in a Win 98-ish theme. This does not happen when starting ibus-bogo-settings from the launcher. From researching for #9, I found out that by default, ibus is started by X11 through im-switch's script in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/, probably before proper theming is loaded.
