Setup a regular (daily-ish?) build release #43

Now that we can build our iso, we should make it available to other people. This is Ubuntu's daily release page: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/

Following what they did, we should make these files available:

gokien.iso
MD5SUMS and/or SHA256SUMS
file listing
manifest (list of installed packages)

They also support partial downloading through zsync (binary diff), which reduces server load.

Mostly functional at https://gokien.org/releases/daily/. But still no auto buildscript, everything is done manually now.
