According to #26, we have some usability issues with Gala's alt-tab. This is made worse by the default autohide behavior of Plank. Since the users cannot see the dock, more experience one will try alt-tab and immediately feel not at home.
My solution right now is to make the dock never hide. It feels more static and less dizzy.
