Releases: Auto-builds for Windows, Mac, Linux ? #29

Would be nice to refer windows users to a single binary when they need rsync.

Thanks for your interest.

I’m a bit hesitant regarding automated builds, because building for macOS requires tedious code signing steps that I don’t know how to integrate into a CI setup like GitHub Actions in a safe way.

We can definitely consider manual releases from time to time. Given the slow rate of change recently, maybe releasing a 0.1 would be appropriate.
