fix: Toploader loads endlessly on CMD + click #101

this PR replaces holy-loader & its nprogress dependency and replaces it with Holy Loader

since I cannot test this locally without envs, I'm looking forward to give this a thorough testing on the vercel preview.

There is an issue, not sure its with app or library. On consequent refresh, page is stuck with the loader in top. Attaching screeshot.
