Hep B CVX Code- Birth dose

The TCH code for Hep B Adolescent/High Risk Infant is 1250.  THis corresponds 
to CVX Code 42.  This counts as a series dose, but is marked as invalid if 
given as birth dose.  I believe all that we need to do is add TCH Code 1250 
among the Hep B vaccines that are acceptable as a birth dose.  I have pasted an 
example of this issue below:

We also need to add the code for Hep B Dialysis to count as valid for a birth 
dose.  The TCH ID for Hep B Dialysis is 1270.
