README.md: Add --- after toc, for tocEnd.
README_zh-Hans.md: Simplified Chinese README.
doc.go: Modify the template; extract function for support custom toc IDs, and clearer.
public/style.css: select style.
public/zh-Hans.html: The generated file.
toc.go: custom IDs.
