This page will need lots of info - including a 'getting involved' section. Is there any copy for this potential page? If not, we can start from scratch.

Let's start from scratch. There's a bit of content already but most of it's out of date.

@campoy It seems go-meetups.appspot.com is just looking at meetup.com, but do you think it's feasible to add those meetup sites as sources?

Really old issue. But I wanted to find a list of official links for where the golang community can gather to ask for support, get feedback and organize. Does the community use IRC? Slack? Discord? Is there an official forum?

A /community page would answer this questions.
