Add oauth flow to allow indexing private repositories #526

Hey friends –

This project is deployed to many companies with all sorts of weird patches to make oauth & private fetching work. Would the maintainers be interested in reviewing a patch which bakes in GitHub oauth to this server if enabled so folks can deploy a server with oauth without any customizations?
