Display brightness after the call

What steps will reproduce the problem?

After making a sip call, display brightness is increased almost full and its 
stays that way.

I am using PBXes and just after finishing the call, I see phone is bright, I 
always set it to lowest possible to save battery. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If Sipdroid adjusting the brightness for whatever reason, it should reset it 
back else it's causing a unnecessary battery drain.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?

Samsung Galaxy S, Android 2.2.1. (problem was also there on 2.2)

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?

I am using PBXes. and same happens if I use sip directly.

Which type of network are you using?

Wifi - 3g both have same problem.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm having a pretty similar problem, except that brightness gets set to the 
lowest possible value after Sipdroid calls.

Samsung Galaxy S2, Android 2.3.5

hello i have the same problem of not showing the brightness.I am using the 
sipdroid2.4 beta version in samsung galaxy y.
