As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be responsible for being motivated to create a world-class SaaS service with us. Responsibilities will include building the most important product of the company, owning key features, and driving initiatives. You will work with the front-end engineer closely and bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, taking an active role and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
What You'll Do
Own key features or sub-systems of Cooby
Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to conceptualize, build and test new product features
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues across the stack
Who We're Looking For
3-5 years of industry experience working on backend systems at an internet service
Strong analytical and coding skills
Experience in system design
Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
Full professional English proficiency (Read & Write)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong skills in Go, AWS
Experience in leadership
Experience in large-scale system design
Experience in designing cloud-based service infrastructure
Experience in agile software development methodologies
