We are looking for experienced software engineers to join our vision in creating the next-gen Fintech platform, and to provide state of the art solutions for our global partners.

This is an opportunity to play a leading role in designing and developing a revolutionary product that embodies cutting edge technology, innovation and business potential. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a brand new user experience that is at the core of our mission.

You must be strategic in your approach, validating your work to ensure each element is aligned with business requirements, at the same time making proposals to refine, and improve upon areas that are lacking based on market research is the key to success in this role.

Role and responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions in a reliable and sustainable manner that enable simple and elegant management of complex distributed systems
• Support and maintain your software to ensure a high quality customer experience
• Collaborate with teams to design and review code and architectural proposals
• Collaborate with, learn from, and mentor teammates
• Discuss and debate with your peers as you help figure out product requirements and the architectural approach to getting things built

Basic qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or comparable experience
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to write modular and well tested code
• 5+ years architectural and design experience in building, deploying, refactoring, and operating services at scale with well defined interfaces and data modeling

Preferred qualifications

• Huge plus if you have experience with financial software system
• You’re a master of Git and have strong knowledge of how source control fits CI/CD
• You know how DevOps works. You’re familiar with Docker and building container-based applications in the cloud
• You have experience leading large complex projects and mentoring junior engineers
• You’re particular about your toolset, because you have it set up just how you like it and when you’re at your best you’re insanely productive
• In addition to higher-level languages, you can also hack in C and C++
• You have experience with optimization problems
• Network and operating systems knowledge: you know the layers below the service
• You know blockchain
• You have experience in applications security, cryptography, network security, systems security or malware analysis
