[x] Replace the two Livermore reports (factors 1.0 and 2.0) with one report (factor 1.5).
[x] Add RS, RS Rank to the setups table.
[x] Update high activity field in the setups table.
[x] Remove the year from the setup dates (make the dates in the form Jan-18, instead of 2021-01-18).
[x] Filter out gaps, strong closes, reversal days with a score less than 100.
