review difficulty level - #40

- Is the easy level too easy? 
- Is the hard level not hard at all?
- Not much difference between levels?

Let's review and tweak this, it's currently based on the frequency of the
random force, should we consider other variables? Should we add a random
vibrate in the hard level or a random blackout or dimming of the
"lighting"? Anything else to make it more fun and challenging?

make it 5 levels for sober, 5 for buzzed and 6 and beyond for smahed (until 
blackout)

Need to add difficulty level to Balance Impl to add molasses effect to gravity 
vector
to make easier.
