Horrible controls

On my Honeycomb, I keep hitting the back button instead of down. Also, Jump 
should be assigned to A, turbo/dash should be B, and a seperate button should 
be provided for use item. In the menu, A should be enter and B shiuld be back. 
Also, the placement of enter and escape should be swapped.

The source is available for you to download and make any changes you like.  
More customizations are being made so hang tight.  Now that the port is working 
reasonably well, more time can be spent on the UI and playability on touch 
screens.

Thanks for posting this issue, I was not aware that anyone had even downloaded 
this yet.

Yeahj, I was always looking for somethihg like this. How do we move the Dpad up 
and to the right? I looked at the code a bit, but can't figure out. I'm on a 
Honeycomb, and the Dpad down is right next to the down key.

I am closing this issue.  As of version 1.8.15 it is now possible to choose one 
of eight different layouts by pressing the "Settings" button on the start-up 
screen.

switch enter and escape, assign random and quickmap to those buttons (don't 
know what they do, but still...), and add secondary labels accordingly.
