New elements: wind, fan, suction (like vacuum cleaner for a name) #95

Pretty self explanatory, wind would be an atmosphere effect wind and vacuum 
cleaner would be have to be placed like a stamp, perhaps a colored circle with 
an arrow in it. Could work like a local accelerometer change only effecting a 
small portion of the screen or a command such as drag that is on a constant 
loop over the area
