Update upstream perfect-scrollbar #141

Last week perfect-scrollbar was updated to '1.5.1' including a long-waited fix for a bug https://github.com/mdbootstrap/perfect-scrollbar/issues/835 which is Cannot read property 'scrollTop' of null error being thrown in the code thousands of times.
