Exposing the Imperial and astronomical systems of units #15

Adding the modules for the Imperial and astronomical systems of units to the exposed modules list, adding a link to the UK references in all modules for the Imperial system and correcting a few errors.

Oof. My sincerest apologies, on two fronts:

  1. The old code was clearly quite broken and wrong. Not sure how that happened, but this fixes it.
  2. This festered for an obnoxiously long time.
