Include physical constants? #4

Should the units package define some set of useful physical constants? I tend to think "no", but I want to document the thought. It could even be argued that the SI definitions should be in a separate package.

I'd say "no" to the titled question, too. Asked of a package physical constants can go to, I can humbly suggest https://github.com/nushio3/physics-inhaskell , the development of which has stranded because of the lack of unit polymorphism problem, which is tackled by units project.

Regardless of whether the constants go in units-defs or physics-inhaskell, they're not going into units. Closing.
