change MRAN url #19

The MRAN url has changed from MRAN.revolutionanalytics.com to cran.microsoft.com, so the URL in the package should change too.

Traffic is being redirected, but this redirect may be causing a bug (#18) and may be dropped at any time.

The URL could be exposed via options, so that users can adapt to a changed URL faster than I can push to CRAN?

Fixed by @hughjonesd in #22 and options() idea added in #23. I have now set up nightly travis builds for this repo, so broken URLs should be spotted more quickly in future.
