install.versions fail for recently updated packages #30

install.versions fails for some packages, 'rstudioapi' for example is at 0.10.0 and MRAN is reflecting NA for version and NA for date, so an installation fails. Is there a way to have an option to install the latest version available on MRAN?

installed.version also fails.
