As of late Feb, trying to get harvest volume data from Paul Gavin at RESAS

I'm closing this issue, because I've given up on getting ag census data from Scotland agencies (seemed to be a heavy lift re: EU privacy standards and sharing with US institution). As of Sept 2024, I'm focusing on land use and river levels as the main outcome variables.
