Using UKCEH's Land Cover raster from 2021, I want to:

[x] Read in the raster .TIFF file
[x] Filter to only agricultural land classes (improved grassland, arable)
[x] Save cleaned ag raster
[x] Create visualization of agricultural land classes in Tayside, relative to rest of Scotland to show the density of ag operations in the study area
[ ] Assign each river grid cell a dominant class (fct), and % ag (real)

For my new approach where land use rasters provide the outcome variable:

[x] Figure out how to load in the raster data for all years from the H:/ drive
[x] Decide on aggregation method(s) and resolution
[x] Aggregate rasters to 1km^2 and save
[ ] Then merge rasters with river grid cells and take overlap-weighted average of ag-area-proportions in each of the linked raster cells.

This report details farm size distribution. This might be helpful for determining the size of the river grids that I'm using to describe the impact of beaver entry.

[ ] Process 2022 land use data
[ ] Aggregate directly from LCM 25m rasters to agg prop in river grid cells. Then save a panel with proportions in each cell by year (that we have in the data, we will interpolate to balance the panel later).
