I want annual precipitation, temperature, humidity, etc. variables at high spatial resolution.

ERA5 is at a 31km grid. A bit too large but does have full coverage.
Local monitoring stations. Maybe slightly higher resolution but coverage is not great (based on a few example API calls)

How to downscale precip avg-sums from 31km ERA5 cells to 1km landscape cells?
