[others] final project : comment score #296

As I saw that page, The TA said https://github.com/goldshakil/ElectricalProgrammingCourse2020/issues/281 _### Several functions are important at all.

Comments can.help TA to give partial scores so please write comments.

But this time there won't be a score for "more" or "less" comments_

However I don't understand there is comment score or not because of my English ability. please answer exactly their is comment score or not.

I have fixed my reply there

functions are NOT important at all

I asked the TA to give full score even if you don't write any comments

but if your code doesn't work and you have issues, write some comments so that TAs can understand you code and give your some partial score
